Ice Cream in a Bag

Ice Cream in a Bag

½ cup 2% or whole milk
½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ cup Sugar
¼ tsp Vanilla
Mix-ins
¾ Rock Salt
2-4 cups Ice
1 Quart and 1 Gallon Ziploc Bag
Pour first 5 items into quart bag and seal.  Place inside the gallon bag.  Add ice and salt, seal.  Rock gently using gloves or a towel for 10-12 minutes.
Will keep overnight in freezer just fine.
