Fettuccini Alfredo

Fettuccini Alfredo

1 package refrigerated or fresh fettuccini noodles
1 cube butter
1/2 medium onion chopped
2 chicken breasts cubed
fresh or refrigerated garlic to taste
1 small zucchini sliced
1 cup parmesan cheese
1-1/2 cups whipping or heavy cream


Cook fettuccini according to package directions.
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.  Add chicken, garlic, and onion and cook thoroughly.  Add zucchini.  Add cream and mix in.  Continue cooking until mixture boils, add parmesan and mix thoroughly.  Add drained fettuccini.  Serve immediately.  Serves 4-6.
