Neiman Marcus Bars

1 yellow or butter cake mix
2 beaten eggs
1 stick melted butter
Mix together and put in bottom of 9x13 pan
1(8oz) cream cheese
4C powdered sugar
2 eggs
Mix together and put on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
