Stir Fry

Stir Fry

Sauce:
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp sherry cooking wine
2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp pepper

Stir together until sugar dissolves. Cut one pound of thin-sliced beef into strips and marinate in sauce for at least an hour. Stir fry meat until brown, adding sauce as needed. Add 1 c. broccoli florets, one can stir fry vegetables, and 1/4 c. slivered almonds, stir fry a few minutes until warmed through. Serve over steamed rice. Sesame seeds are good on this.
