Striped Delight (chocolate cheesecake)

1 pre-made oreo flavored pie crust
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 tub cool-whip thawed and separated in half
1 package chocolate flavored instant pudding (prepared according to pie directions)
1/2 to 1 cup sugar depending on taste
Mix sugar, one half cool-whip and cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed untill well blended. Spread all of it in the pie crust.
Pour pudding over the cream cheese mixture then top off with the remaining half of the cool-whip.
Chill for one hour and serve. Eat within 2-3 days
