Broccoli Ham Souffle

6 pieces of bread, cubed
2 cups ham, diced
1 pk broccoli, cooked
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 ½ c milk
1 tsp salt
1 tbs onion minced
1/4 tsp dry onion
Place half of the bread cubes in bottom of 9x13" pan. Cover with ham, then broccoli, then mushrooms, then cheese. Top with the last of the bread cubes.
Beat the eggs with milk, salt, minced onion, dry onion. Pour over the bread/broccoli.
Let sit in refrigerator over night.
Bake covered in a 350 deg. oven for 1 hour. Remove cover for the last 15 min.
