Coffee Cake

Coffee Cake

1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2T butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt

TOPPING
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 t cinnamon
2 T flour
2 T butter, melted


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Mix first 7 ingredients and place into greased 8x8 pan.  Mix final four ingredients and sprinkle on top.  Swirl in with a fork.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.
(Sometimes I double the recipe for a 9x13 pan and cook it a little bit longer)
