Chocolate Chip Pie

Chocolate Chip Pie

14 graham crackers, crushed
3 T butter, melted
30 large marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 t vanilla
1 square semisweet chocolate, grated
1/2 pint whip cream
pinch of salt


Combine crushed graham crackers & melted butter in pie plate, form a crust and chill.

Heat milk and marshmallow, stirring constantly, until marshmallows melt.  Set aside to cool.
Whip cream until small peaks form.  Add grated chocolate, vanilla, and a pinch of salt into the whip cream.  When marshmallow mixture is cool, fold in whipping cream mixture.  Place in graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
