Fajitas

Fajitas

3/4 c. Soy Sauce
3/4 c. Vegetable Oil
Garlic Salt, Salt and Pepper-generous amounts
Green and Red Peppers
 1 Lg. Onion
 Marinated Chicken (1-3 hrs.) or, Beef (8-24 hrs.)
 Flour tortillas
 Grill meat 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through, then slice thin.
 Saute vegetables in leftover marinate.
 Garnish with:
 Tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.
