Hot Fudge Sauce

Hot Fudge Sauce

 1/2 C. Butter
 1 c. Semi Sweet Choc. Chips
 1 1/2 c. Evaporated Milk
 2 c. powdered sugar
 1 tsp. Vanilla
 Melt chocolate chips and butter together on low heat. Blend milk and powdered sugar together with a wire whisk, then add to the chocolate mixture. Cook over med heat until it gets bubbly and a  little thick. Stir in vanilla. This may be thin at first, but it will thicken as it sits, and is excellent no matter the thickness.  Refrigerate no longer than 2 weeks.
