Irene's Fabulous Chocolate Cake
By:Cindy Henriksen

1 Betty Crocker Super Moist Butter Recipe Chocolate Cake Mix (or another Chocolate Cake Mix may be substituted)
1 small (3 oz.) Jell-O Instant Chocolate Pudding
1/2 cup Canola or other Oil
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 full cup (8oz.) sour cream
1 full cup semi-sweet or milk-chocolate chips (Nestle, Guittard or Ghirardelli)
1 can Betty Crocker Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting (my favorite)...or Betty Crocker Chocolate Frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large bundt pan (with Crisco, using paper towel)
Method: Pour into a large mixer bowl: cake mix, pudding mix, oil, water, eggs, and sour cream. Beat with electric mixer/beaters on Medium speed for approximately 2 minutes (scraping sides of bowl until well blended). Turn off mixer and stir in (by hand) 1 cup chocolate chips.Batter will be thick.

Spoon batter carefully into greased bundt pan. Even out batter with a large spoon so that batter is smooth and even. Bake on middle rack of oven 47 minutes (no longer)......set a timer for 47 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cake set in pan on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes...then, turn upside down onto a cake plate. When cake is cool completely (this may take 1 hour), frost with Betty Crocker Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting (1 can) or Betty Crocker Chocolate Frosting......or sliced cake may be served with a large spoonful of whipped cream on top. If you like chocolate....you will love this cake!!!!
