Tuscan Tomato Soup

3 Tbl olive oil
2 Large onions, finely diced
5 Cups diced tomatos (3 cans)
2 Cups chicken broth (1 14oz can)
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup pesto
salt and pepper to taste
Cook onions until translucent. Add tomatos & allow to warm and simmer. Add chicken broth. Simmer 15 min.
Add cream & pesto. Blend to desired consistency.
