Chocolate Carmel Cookies

Chocolate Carmel Cookies

1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 t vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa (heaping)
1 t. baking soda
 
**42 rolos
**1/2 cup sugar
 
Mix sugars together, then mix in butter, then mix eggs and vanilla, then mix in all other ingredients.
Roll into small balls around a rolo, then roll the ball in sugar to coat it.
Cook at 400 degrees for 7-10 min. let them cool slightly then lightly flatten them out with a glass.
 
They are soooo yummy.
