Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

Rosemary Garlic Potatoes

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Tone's Rosemary Garlic seasoning ( I found it at Sam's club)
12 cups red potatoes cut into 1" pieces do not peel potatoes
2 medium onions chopped into small pieces
 
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Combine olive oil and seasoning in a small container.
Place potatoes and onion in a large bowl and add oil mixture to coat the potatoes well.
Place in 2 large un-greased cookie sheets.
Bake for 30-35 minutes of until tender and lightly browned.
Serves 12.
